Director of Home Based Services:  Exciting supervisory position overseeing innovative in-home services for families of children with severe emotional/behavioral health issues. Responsible for the direct oversight of several Home Based programs including supervision of staff, managing referrals, collaborating with other community agencies, and oversight of daily program operations. Includes intensive supervision and collaboration with model developers of several research informed practices. Candidate must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree, be CT licensed, and have several years of prior supervisory and administrative experience. 

Crisis Intervention Clinician  (EMPS)  Full Time Master’s Level Position conducting crisis assessments and stabilization . Must be team player with effective communication skills. Services provided in community and at the clinic.

Childcare Workers Residential Services:  Full time and per diem positions available.   Must have an Associates Degree and human service experience.
